How Will I Make An Impact?
- Lead end-to-end ETL processes from customer ERP systems into MindBridge
- Partner directly with clients to identify data requirements, quality issues, and optimal migration paths
- Transform complex financial datasets so they can be successfully ingested into MindBridge’s platform
- Build repeatable, scalable approaches to data extraction, transformation, mapping, and validation
- Troubleshoot customer data issues and develop both short-term workarounds and long-term fixes
- Create and maintain internal and external documentation, templates, process flows, and mapping resources
- Support internal analytics, reporting, dashboards, and management insights through data pipeline design
- Act as a product expert for data ingestion and stay close to new features and product capabilities
- Bring a data expert’s lens to customer feedback, roadmap conversations, and product improvements
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver strong client outcomes

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
- 5+ years of experience using SQL and Python to build, shape, and transform structured or semi-structured datasets
- 5+ years of experience with ETL, data lakes, data analysis, profiling, mapping, modeling, and analytics
- Experience working in customer-facing technical, consulting, implementation, or support roles within a software/technology company
- Strong exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, SAP, or similar platforms
- Comfortable manipulating datasets with Python and working with API requests
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including VBA and macros
- Strong communication skills across developers, data scientists, product managers, business leaders, and customers
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable adjusting priorities quickly
- Computer Science, Accounting, Business degree, or equivalent experience
- Previous accounting or audit experience is considered a strong asset
- Must be able to obtain and hold government security clearance

Salary: The expected salary range is $97,000 -$125,000 base + bonus + equity
