How Will I Make An Impact?
  • Partner with leading external audit firms across EMEA to help them realize measurable value from MindBridge.
  • Become a trusted advisor to Audit Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and engagement teams.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered audit analytics and support firms in modernizing their audit methodologies.
  • Lead customer success initiatives that improve retention, customer outcomes, and long-term engagement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on audit workflows, financial data, and audit analytics best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Services, Support, Implementation, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Help shape the future of the Customer Success function in a fast-growing AI company.
How Do I Know If This Is For Me?
  • You have hands-on experience in external audit, public accounting, audit transformation, or audit innovation.
  • You understand audit methodologies, financial statements, general ledgers, subledgers, and financial transaction analysis.
  • You enjoy building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic partner.
  • You are excited about technology, data analytics, AI, and the future of audit.
  • You enjoy helping customers navigate change and adopt new ways of working.
  • You are comfortable presenting to executive audiences and leading customer-facing conversations.
  • You thrive in collaborative, high-growth environments where you can influence how things are built.
Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
  • 5+ years of experience in External Audit, Audit Advisory, Audit Innovation, Financial Consulting, Customer Success, or related fields.
  • Experience working with audit firms, audit methodologies, and audit engagement teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent designation preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience supporting technology adoption, analytics initiatives, or software implementation projects.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (~once per quarter)
  • Must be authorized to work in the UK
