Who Is DCG & How Are They Changing the World?
DCG is Canada’s leading platform for Agricultural outbuilding valuations. DCG is being relaunched in early 2026 as a revamped SaaS-driven solution for insurers, brokers, appraisers, farm advisors, risk managers, lenders, etc. - unlocking growth by deepening value for a loyal subscriber base and expanding into new markets across Canada.
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Client Success & Growth Specialist to join this remote team. This hybrid role blends customer support and sales, focused on supporting clients using the DCG platform and expanding their client base across Canada. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the relaunch of a platform, where your contributions will directly influence its success and evolution.
How Will I Make An Impact?
You’ll be the go-to expert for both existing & new subscribers, reporting to the VP Business Development.
Impact & Ramp:
In the first 3–6 months, the priority will be on guiding existing clients through the relaunch. From there, the role will evolve into a more even split between customer success and sales.
How you’ll support:
Customer Success
- Onboard and support subscribers through the new DCG experience; driving adoption and value realization.
- Resolve inquiries with clarity and urgency; deliver training and best-practice guidance.
- Partner with Education and Business Development on webinars, events, and enablement.
- Capture and relay actionable product feedback to improve usability and features.
- Own retention, satisfaction, and usage KPIs.
Growth / Sales
- Build and manage a pipeline across insurers, brokers, appraisers, and adjacent sectors.
- Lead consultative sales conversations; manage the full cycle from prospect to close.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts; shape offers and pilots.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (Freshworks) and forecast with discipline.
- Meet or exceed acquisition and revenue targets.
Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
- Experience in client success, account management, or a hybrid support/sales role
- Background in sales/support of SaaS products is highly preferred
- Relaunch or start-up experience is an asset
- Self-directed and motivated by an early-stage environment with lots of experimentation
- Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in construction, real estate, appraisal or agriculture is a strong asset
- Ability to travel within Canada for events, trade shows and client visits (~ 30%)
