Reel-In Robotics is transforming the future of warehouse automation. Its flagship product, CableBot, uses cable-driven robotics to automate storage and retrieval in new or existing warehouse environments achieving a significant reduction in cost and installation complexity while enabling automation in the 80% of warehouses that remain manual today due to the high cost and complexity of conventional systems. Offering a full turnkey solution, Reel-In delivers end-to-end automation from system design and installation to software integration and support, making advanced robotics accessible, adaptable, and cost-effective for modern warehousing.

With its first large-scale deployment going live in early 2026, Reel-in is transitioning from R&D to commercialization. Backed by over $1.5M in innovation funding and a strategic investment from a 3PL partner, the company is now poised to scale.

How Will I Make An Impact? 

As CEO, you’ll lead Reel-in Robotics through its next stage of growth - from early commercialization to scaling start-up. Partnering with Founder & CTO Amir Khajepour, you’ll translate deep technical innovation into commercial success.

You will:

  • Think big - envision the global potential for the solution, make strategic bets and start operationalizing to achieve them
  • Map the market and define and execute the go-to-market and growth strategy 
  • Lead fundraising and investor relations to extend runway and scale
  • Partner with the team to oversee the commercial rollout, ensuring successful deployments and client satisfaction
  • Lead in decisions around scaling of manufacturing and distribution
  • Represent Reel-in Robotics as a thought leader across the robotics and automation ecosystem

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like: 
  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience in robotics, automation, or industrial technology
  • Proven record of fundraising and securing capital for growth
  • Strong commercial mindset - able to develop and scale GTM strategies
  • Experience transitioning technical IP into scalable, revenue-generating businesses
  • Skilled at building teams and systems to sustain growth
  • Collaborative, values-driven leadership style that inspires and empowers
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience in warehousing, logistics, or advanced manufacturing
    • Exposure to global industrial automation markets
    • Investor network in deep tech or robotics
