How Will I Make An Impact? 

As the AI Program Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Data Science and play a critical role in driving the structure, quality, and delivery discipline of a high-performing AI/ML team. You’ll ensure that research-driven innovation translates into production-ready solutions and impactful client outcomes.

You will:

• Define, track, and manage the roadmap for AI and Data Science initiatives across research, algorithm development, and client delivery
• Implement agile/hybrid practices suited to AI/ML, balancing research flexibility with delivery discipline
• Establish stronger QA and handover processes from data science to development, including formal code reviews
• Oversee custom client projects, ensuring scope alignment, on-time delivery, and quality outcomes
• Partner with the AI Architect and analytics squad to ensure algorithms are production-ready and scalable
• Use Jira to coordinate work, manage dependencies, and create transparency across initiatives
• Keep Data Scientists focused on solving business-critical problems while safeguarding innovation time
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across the team

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in technology or consulting, ideally with exposure to AI/ML or data-driven products
• Experience leading and enabling Data Scientists, with a strong grasp of ML lifecycles (model development, validation, deployment, monitoring)
• Comfortable reviewing code for efficiency and ensuring QA standards are followed (not as technical as the team, but credible)
• Skilled at using Jira and modern delivery practices to manage programs at scale
• Exceptional communication, organization, and facilitation skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (MBA, PMP, or Agile certification a plus)

Nice to have:

• Experience in SaaS or consulting with client-facing delivery
• Familiarity with GPU-accelerated workflows (CUDA, RAPIDS) or cloud AI platforms
• Exposure to anomaly detection techniques (fraud/rare event detection)
