MindBridge is on a mission to bring clarity, speed, and trust to financial data. Their AI-powered platform helps finance professionals and auditors surface anomalies and potential risk in massive datasets. What once took weeks of manual effort is now flagged automatically with the power of machine learning. With growing enterprise adoption and strong backing from PSG, MindBridge is scaling its platform and evolving from its audit-tech roots into a broader financial risk solution.

How Will I Make An Impact?

As the AI Architect, you’ll report directly to the CTO and lead the design and delivery of agentic AI capabilities within the MindBridge platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll build the architecture, guide engineering decisions, and grow a small but mighty team. Your work will ensure that MindBridge’s AI is deployed in a secure, scalable, and production-ready way.

You will:

• Define and implement the architecture for agentic AI capabilities, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
• Lead the transition from prototypes into production-ready solutions, starting with a multi-agent system currently in development
• Write code where necessary to get projects off the ground, while providing technical oversight and direction
• Build and lead a team of 5–6 engineers and scientists, starting with one direct report already in place
• Collaborate with the CTO, product leaders, and data science teams to shape project plans and deployment strategies
• Support the launch of core initiatives including:
  
  • A multi-agent system (beta in Q1, general release mid-year)
  • A patented Analysis Designer capability, moving from prototype to platform integration
• Evaluate and integrate emerging agentic frameworks and protocols to keep MindBridge at the leading edge
• Champion engineering best practices including DevOps, instrumentation, and MLOps for AI projects

How Do I Know If This Is For Me?

This is a great fit if you’re excited to build and scale agentic AI in production systems, not just as a proof of concept. You should thrive in roles that blend architecture, hands-on coding, and leadership.

• You’ve led the architecture and deployment of AI-driven products, ideally with agentic systems
• You’re comfortable writing code (Python, Java, or similar) and working closely with engineers on implementation
• You enjoy guiding prototypes into secure, robust, production-ready systems
• You’re motivated by working alongside brilliant technical leaders and want to grow a high-performing team

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

• Experience in software development or engineering roles, spanning DevOps and ML/AI engineering
• Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar)
• Strong background in cloud architecture (preferably Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and responsible AI governance
• Technical credibility to review and guide code, even if not the one generating it day-to-day
• Experience building and managing technical teams in high-growth environments
