Agentic AI Developer & MindBridge

Who Is MindBridge & How Are They Changing the World

MindBridge is on a mission to bring clarity, speed, and trust to financial data. Their AI-powered platform helps finance professionals and auditors surface anomalies and potential risk in massive datasets. What once took weeks of manual effort is now flagged automatically with the power of machine learning. With growing enterprise adoption and strong backing from PSG, MindBridge is scaling its platform and evolving from its audit-tech roots into a broader financial risk solution.

How Will I Make An Impact?

Reporting to the AI Architect, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping MindBridge’s next-generation agentic AI platform capabilities. This is a hybrid discovery + delivery mandate.

You’ll experiment with emerging agentic frameworks, prototype multi-step workflows, and test novel approaches to tool use, reflection loops, and reasoning. You’ll help determine what works, and just as importantly, what doesn’t.

From there, you’ll bring validated concepts into secure, governed, and scalable production systems embedded directly in the customer-facing product. A core part of your impact will be translating experimentation into hardened APIs and backend services that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, data pipelines, and customer environments.

Because MindBridge operates in enterprise and regulated contexts, you’ll also help design solutions that are safe and resilient by default - implementing guardrails, structured output controls, and prompt injection mitigation strategies, while ensuring proper security boundaries and data isolation in a multi-tenant SaaS architecture. You’ll contribute to building monitoring, logging, and evaluation loops that maintain system integrity and performance over time.

This role sits at the intersection of research curiosity and production discipline - building new capabilities while ensuring they’re reliable, observable, governed, and enterprise-ready.

How Do I Know If This Is For Me?

  • You’ve shipped AI/ML systems into production, not just demos or prototypes.
  • You’ve worked with LLM-powered systems involving RAG, tool use, orchestration, or multi-step workflows.
  • You’ve built APIs or backend services that connect AI capabilities to real-world enterprise systems.
  • You understand production concerns like latency, retries, fallbacks, observability, and failure handling.
  • You care about AI safety and governance (guardrails, injection mitigation, structured controls).
  • You’re comfortable operating in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
  • You enjoy experimenting with new frameworks and evaluating emerging AI tooling,  including vibe coding platforms like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
  • You can move from rapid prototype to hardened, scalable production architecture.
  • You like owning systems end-to-end, from idea through deployment.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

  • 5+ years in software or AI/ML engineering building production services.
  • Strong Python proficiency and backend experience (FastAPI or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with agentic/LLM frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
  • Experience building and deploying containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and observability.
  • Experience deploying on a major cloud provider (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
  • Experience running discovery/prototyping cycles and taking validated ideas into secure production systems.
  • Exposure to regulated, enterprise, or governance-heavy SaaS environments.
