What we’re working on

We’re looking for a Business Manager, Strategic Accounts to join the NDI team! Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, Strategic Accounts, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and expanding key global accounts. You’ll lead the sales process end-to-end, build trusted relationships, and develop comprehensive strategies to ensure NDI continues to grow and meet its ambitious goals.

Our ideal candidate has experience in:

  • B2B medical device sales, with at least five years of experience.
  • Medical device regulations/requirements.
  • Navigating complex accounts, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and developing strategic account plans.
  • CRM and ERP tools like Salesforce, with a customer-first mindset.


We’re open to candidates based in or willing to work hybrid in Waterloo, Ontario.
