How Will I Make An Impact?

As the VP of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AgencyAnalytics's product offerings, focusing on execution and delivery. This strategic position involves overseeing two group product managers (and their respective teams): one in value creation and another in value capture. You will work with leadership to develop the overall product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals. Your focus will be on high-level planning, senior stakeholder engagement, long-term vision development, and most importantly the execution of the product strategy. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.

  • You enjoy making data-driven, strategic decisions regarding product development and enhancements, ensuring they contribute to the overall success of the company.

  • You’re passionate about design and user-experience. 

  • You’re experienced at directing a team of product managers to execute against the product vision and are able to communicate progress and blockers through data.

  • You can craft and articulate roadmap and OKRs that are aligned with the overall business strategy. You love anticipating future trends and incorporating them into the product roadmap.

  • You’re confident in acting as the key liaison between the product team and senior management. You can ensure that product development aligns with stakeholder needs and company goals.

  • You’re passionate about fostering a culture of excellence and execution within the product team. You’re experienced at providing guidance and support to group product managers, empowering them to achieve their objectives.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

  • Extensive experience in product management within the B2SMB SaaS industry, with a proven track record in a similar senior role.

  • Experience in leading a Product organization using an OKR framework.

  • Experience launching multiple products in a PLG environment 

  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing product teams and group product managers.

  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on future trends and product vision.

  • Proven track record of directing Product teams to execute and deliver expected outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Deep understanding of the B2SMB SaaS market, design principles, and user experience.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and integrate insights into product development.

  • Data-driven in decision-making, imparting a culture of analyzing adoption and other metrics in the Product organization.

  • Experience in a fast-growing company

The Process:
