How Will I Make An Impact?
This role is crucial to Unitron's success globally. As the VP Marketing for Unitron, Hansaton and private labels brand globally, you will own strategy and position, product development, customer experience, and communications of these areas to the global hearing instrument market. You'll support your team (5 direct reports, 21 indirect) in growing market share by 2x the market's natural growth globally, while working cross-functionally with other brand leaders across the organization.
You will:

Facilitate and communicate the strategy and position for Unitron, Hansaton and private labels in a way that is compelling, elevates brand, and delivers growth in sales and profitability.

Deliver long term roadmaps for the business (both product and marketing).

Ensure that both product lines are effectively planned and managed, and launch products with high impact (including branding, messaging, training, and all communications to Group Companies and the market.

Define the customer experience offered to Unitron customers and deliver the programs and initiatives that will shape that experience.

Work with their wholesale sales organization to maximize sales in their core business and private labels, while partnering with Group Companies to deliver global success for Unitron.

Ensure infrastructure, training and tools are in place to deliver the Unitron message to the marketplace effectively (including global rollout, digital marketing, translation services, information delivery systems, technical documents and event management).

Develop and manage all corporate marketing budgets and expenses.

Provide leadership that fosters a positive and effective culture and spirit within the company.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

Marketing leadership experience in a global B2B environment

Experience in healthcare via comparable markets that sell industrial med-tech products to retail (optical products, battery industry, medical care devices, etc.)

Track record in driving and growing business through successful development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies.

Experience leading global brand development.

Proven experience leading highly effective and engaged teams
