Who Is Sensibill & How Are They Changing The World?
Since 2013, Sensibill has been committed to building an AI-powered tool that makes capturing, organizing, and retrieving receipts effortless and effective. With the evolution of the gig economy and the need for financial institutions to add value to their SMB and professional consumer, the Sensibill solution is a game-changer. The consumer-facing and data-driven Sensibill AI tool is used by global Tier 1 banks like RBS, Scotiabank, NCR amongst others. Banking partners offer the receipt management and tracking solution through their mobile banking apps. Their customers then use the service to keep track of important receipts for returns, exchanges, expenses, accounting, and taxes.
Their mission? “We want to give time back to freelancers and small business owners so that they can focus on the things they love.” The company’s ultimate goal is to offer advice and improve the end-users’ financial health through machine learning.
Since its Series A, Sensibill employee headcount has more than doubled, they’ve opened an office in London, England, and have secured partnerships with more than 100 major banks in Canada, the US, and the UK. They recently raised a $41M Series B led by Radical Ventures that included some well known Canadian investors plus the National Bank of Canada.

How Will I Make An Impact?
You're a storyteller who gets excited about building a brand! You have experience defining product positioning at a
formative stage or when a company is pivoting. You can take ideas from inception to launch, pull out a strong USP and differentiate in the market. You enjoy leading a team, owning a marketing strategy, and are a fantastic communicator! You love deep diving into understanding a buyers persona, developing a customer journey, and know how to enlighten and excite the end-user. You drive impact through stories and other brand-building initiatives and are able to translate the vision and values to the end-user.
How Do I Know If This Is For Me?
Executive Team Leadership: A demonstrated track record of contributing to a high-performance Leadership Team at a scaling tech software company. This includes the maturity and drives to look fully at the total business and company performance beyond just the Marketing mandate.
Brand Building: Ability to develop the brand story and plans that position SB as THE brand to associate within the banking/bank tech space even before SB reaches out. This is about building a wake in front of the sales engine and greasing the skids to close deals faster. You will establish SB as the clear cut leader in the space.
B2B2C Sell-Through Mastery: In-depth understanding and experience on how to drive end-user sell-through via B2B clients. Driving rapid adoption of the SB app to consumer end-users for our clients is the killer app that will further establish us as the brand of choice. You will bring your years of B2B2C sell-through knowledge to the table and help us build out a marketing sell-through playbook and practice that ensures our app gets in the hands of end-users and delivers all the value we promised our customers and more - and fast!
Marketing Ops: Our marketing team is strong, but they are driven to be stronger and that requires a great leader. You will bring strong people and operational leadership that will elevate the performance, growth, and delight of our marketing team while continuing to build it out to support our plans
