As VP Engineering you will report to the CEO, with a team of 30 in Waterloo and 4 in SF.
What will you be doing:
You’ll get to lead the engineering organization, in Waterloo and SF, while working closely with the product management team to ensure effective delivery, including an exciting push into product areas.
You’ll get to maintain the terrific culture that has been developed in the local office, and continue to grow and inspire the local team.
You’ll get to be a key member of the executive leadership team that includes participating in company wide strategic planning, working with leaders across the business to ensure customer and business success.
