How Will I Make An Impact?

In this role, you’ll be part of the Marketing team at Maplesoft reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Customer Success. You’ll work with a cross-functional team (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product Management, and Business Development) on engineering-based content marketing projects. This requires an understanding of content marketing fundamentals, a solid grasp of copywriting techniques and the ability to write and present both technical and non-technical content clearly and persuasively.
Specifically, you’ll write and/or present engineering-based competitive collateral, customer case studies, technical whitepapers, web content, media articles, webinars, presentations, videos, blog posts, and press releases. Sometimes, we’ll send you to present at a workshop or training session. We might also need you to stand in a tradeshow booth (post-pandemic) and speak to engineers about our products and applications.
How Do I Know if This Is For Me?
Has anyone ever told you that you’re a great writer? Have you ever acted as the “translator” between technical and non-technical people?
