• You’ll work closely with the CTO to deliver the technical aspects of this cutting-edge product.

• You’ll lead and grow a team of dev specialists to build an incredible product with a super-solid architecture

• You’ll be hands-on with development as architect and developer of the data, ML/AI, analytics, database, and operational aspects of the product

• You'll help us find, hire, train and evolve a world-class Data team

• You’ll pay close attention to performance as the product scales with dramatic growth of the user base.

 

This is a small team - so your ideas will be heard and your work with make a big impact on the product and will be easily seen in customer outcomes.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like: 

 

• You have experience being part of a high-performing team and have risen to team leadership or management.

• You have built software that has successfully passed tests of performance and significant scale, ideally for use with large enterprise clients.

• You have a high level of proficiency with Python and MongoDB

• You are experienced with state-of-the-art AI, ML, SNA, NLP, and Sentiment-analysis tools and techniques

• You are experienced with distributed and/or parallelized processing development, tools, and techniques
