Artemis Canada is a boutique recruiting firm, serving the tech sector – but we’re also a start-up. What is Canada Connect?

With a mission to help our clients build incredible leadership teams, we recognize that the domestic talent pool is just not big enough to fuel the ambitious growth plans of these companies. To respond to this shortage, we’ve developed a program called CanadaConnect that identifies expats with great experience scaling tech companies, and who are open to moving home. We then facilitate introductions between these individuals and the companies in our network. The result is a solution that is incredibly promising. And this is where we need your help.

About the Recruitment Program Manager:

What we do isn’t typical agency recruiting, but it isn’t a laid-back corporate gig either.  The bar is high and the standards for integrity, performance and service delivery are uncompromising.

As the Canada Connect Recruitment Program Manager, you’ll own the program, setting success metrics, refining process workflows, leading client and candidate conversations, and most importantly ensuring that the program effectively addressed client needs.

Does This Sound Like You?

  • We are looking for a team member with a passion for technology, talent match-making and the importance of building tech companies in Canada.

  • You have integrity and smarts, along with an intensity and drive to deliver the best results for our clients.

  • This is junior/intermediate level role, ideally suited for someone with 1-4 years work experience.

  • You are ready to learn - a lot. You'll not only perfect the tactics and art of the recruiting process, but you'll need to understand how people make significant career and life decisions. You’ll need to understand the business of our clients, and the business challenges and opportunities that have brought them to us. You will learn about the business of running a tech company, by learning how each role fits together.  You'll experience first hand how building an ideal team impacts the success of a business.

  • You have a university degree, ideally in business or a related discipline.

  • You have a proven interest in the business of technology and you know a little about the dynamics of the tech sector.

  • You are a confident communicator - with experience in customer-facing role (sales, customer success or Consulting)

  • You are genuinely interested in people and what motivates and inspires them.

  • You understand the tenacity and resilience needed to succeed in a fast-paced business and are excited to unleash your potential.
