How Will I Make An Impact?

As the Marketing Demand Manager you will identify new business opportunities in all relevant markets and create audience segmentations and targets to help drive campaign strategies.

As you conceptualize, plan and execute campaigns you’ll push demand and drive lead acquisition in alignment with overall strategy. As you work to generate sales growth you'll identify stretch goals and define strategy, ensuring to nurture and follow-through on sourced leads. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Products, Sales on campaign strategy and identifying best practices.

Do I Have What It Takes? (Requirements)

  • You have 8+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in a Demand Generation or Integrated Marketing role in communications.

  • A University degree in Business or Marketing.

  • You have a strong background in campaign development and marketing program execution- you think both creatively and strategically.

  • You thrive while managing multiple projects simultaneously and have exceptional attention to detail and flawless execution.

  • You’re a force of positive energy and you can work and communicate with anyone.

  • You have proven management, leadership and relationship building experience- you’re organized, motivating and influential at all levels of an organization.

  • If you have experience working in retail sales that would be an asset.
