VP of Product Management - Health

As a VP of Product Management - Health, you will set the overall
product vision and roadmap for our member-facing experience, that
focuses on health and driving repeat visits and meaningful interactions
with our product. You will manage a team of smart, driven product
managers across multiple product lines who will help inform and
execute the vision. You will tackle extremely challenging problems in
the complex health care and benefits space, with the ultimate goal of
making our members live healthier lives, every day. As League scales

In this Role, You Will:
Define a product vision and quarterly roadmap for our consumer-facing product lines.
Manage a team of smart, driven product managers across multiple product lines.
Create buy-in for the product strategy with stakeholders including the executive team.
Gain a deep understanding of the market, our competitors, our customers, and our members.
Define goals & measure success for the health portfolio projects.
Understand the current health problems and challenges our members to face.
Determine ways to regularly engage our members with their health to help drive behavior change.
Work with different health partners to develop solutions to improve our members' health.
Work closely with our data and health economics teams to understand high-cost drivers and measure health outcomes and the impact our health solutions have on our members.

Proven work experience in product management creating successful products.
Experienced working on consumer-facing products.
Experienced in people management and are a strong collaborator.
Strong experience with lean and agile product development.
Commitment to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Experience with data-driven decision making.
Experience in startup environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid technical understanding and/or experience in software development.
