How Will I Make An Impact?
As the Launch Manager you will be responsible for delivering successful launches with a mix of marketing responsibilities (product, promotion, price, and place). You will work on Season Launch Programs comprising of a complete product eco-system with innovative and competitive hearing aids, fitting software, apps and accessories with a winning campaign.

You are thrilled by the prospect of designing and aligning an overall launch plan including target marketing mix (4 P’s) for an entire seasonal launch package.

You know you can provide strong leadership with an inclusive and inspirational mind-set within the Launch Programs and Unitron Business team.

You’ve led cross-functional teams before and are confident you can deliver an entire launch working closely with PMs, Bran & Comms, Audiology, Digital Marketing Hub and third party service providers.

You love to budget responsibly and can monitor, adjust and control the cost accordingly.

You don’t operate as a lone wolf, you know to coordinate and ensure that the core messages pay into the communication strategy.

You’re able to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority amongst those at your level or higher

You can understand complex topics and translate them simply to key leaders in the organization

You’re able to speak in many languages of business including marketing, sales, finance and R&D

You are the balance of an analytical and creative mindset

You have a Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related discipline.

A good understanding of audiology and/or hearing health industry is an asset!
