How Will You Make an Impact?

As the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the sales organization and driving scalable growth. You will:

  • Lead a 20-person sales team, overseeing direct sales and the channel partner program.
  • Support the establishment of foundational sales enablement and revenue operations functions to improve data visibility and performance.
  • Drive the implementation of industry-standard sales quotas, commission structures, and sales processes to align with the company’s growth goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategic initiatives targeting new segments and geographies.
  • Drive results in a high-volume, high-velocity environment, achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue goals.

Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • Proven leadership experience in an SMB sales environment.
  • Success in managing and scaling sales teams, ideally within Canada.
  • A track record of defining and executing quotas, sales stages, and commission plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align with cross-functional teams.
  • A talent for leading change, motivating teams, and fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Visionary leadership with a strategic mindset and hands-on management style.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to navigate through periods of uncertainty and change.
  • Experience in HR tech or similar industries is an asset.

The Interview Process:

  1. Initial call with CRO to discuss your experience and alignment with the role.
  2. Meetings with other execs (Marketing, Finance, Product)
  3. Meeting with the CEO to review high-level plans for 2025 and gain insights into company goals.
