​The Engagement Manager at AGDATA will work with key Canadian Accounts and establish and cultivate senior executive relationships. If you’re someone who is exceptional at managing multiple strategically-important initiatives you will be a key player in delivering impactful strategies at customers across Canada.

How Do I Know If This Is For Me?

  • You love being the main contact for all things customer related- you’re creative and attentive and can always find a solution

  • You’re excellent at building strong relationships, you love to act as a partner for your customers and ensure you understand their needs and challenges

  • You know how to handle multiple priorities and still deliver quality service

  • You are naturally curious and tech-oriented, you’re ready to jump in and build a knowledge database of AGDATA services and how they can support customers business objectives

  • You don’t start things the night before, you know superior service takes time

Do I Have What It Takes? (Requirements)

  • You have 7+ years managing high-touch customer relationships

  • You’re able to manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple projects tracks and teams

  • You’re an expert at setting and managing expectations and holding people accountable for deliverables

  • You have strong project management and problem-solving skills, and experience applying them to resolve enterprise customer business issues

  • You love developing relationships, both internally and externally

  • You have experience or an understanding of the Agriculture industry
