How Will I Make An Impact?

We are looking for a remote sales leader with a background in automotive
and a track record of selling solutions including; conversational commerce,
digital retailing, lead generation products to dealers and groups of all sizes
and makes.
​
What We are passionate about transforming the automotive consumer sales process and are on a mission to help dealerships align their sales process with how consumers are researching and buying automobiles online or through a blended online/offline experience.

What you will be doing:

Meeting sales targets - ensuring sales team is meeting productivity standards and other KPI’s daily
-
Implementing a consistent, repeatable, process to drive sales organically and new business
-
Coaching sales team in all aspects of the sales process including; prospect calling, pipeline management, presentation/demo’s, closing skills, time management, etc.

Assist sales team members during presentations and negotiating.

Create strong relationships with key Dealer decision-makers

Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process, and current partnerships

Manage attainment of sales objectives by establishing sale processes with high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency across the sales organization

Ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture

Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically

Understand the competitive landscape and market trends

Generate and maintain accurate Account and Opportunity plans
-
Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service

Interface with technical support internally to resolve issues that directly impact Dealers

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:​

5+ years of quota carrying and closing experience with a consistent track record of success (i.e. Proven record of consistently delivering on numbers, President's Club or similar performance awards, top 20% of teams for multiple years)

Proven 100& sales success as a “hunter”

Proven history of “getting hands dirty” with the day-to-day aspects of sales:
-
improving the appropriate sales aids (presentation decks, CRM. Marketing, etc.)

designing outbound sales tactics and process
-
ensuring accountability and performance both as an individual contributor and team member
-

Able to create, document, and deploy a repeatable sales process that increases unit sales (conquest) and organic revenue growth per account.

Previous management responsibility for a sales team, driving overall numbers, daily productivity reviews, training, coaching, etc.

Proven history of selling solutions to automotive dealers and groups in a hyper-competitive, fast-paced environment, where evangelism is required.

Able to introduce go-to-market sales tactics to support rapid scale and growth
-
History of positive coordination with Customer Success teams

Strong familiarity with the automotive third-party vendor landscape
