Chief Executive Officer - Accelerator Centre
Who is the AC?
How are They Changing the World?
The Accelerator Centre is an award-winning non-profit startup accelerator dedicated to building and scaling sustainable, globally competitive companies and giving startups the highest probability of long-term success. They are ranked the #1 private business accelerator in Canada and are among the World Top 5 due, in part, to their reputation for meaningful, one-to-one mentorship and helping entrepreneurs go from the idea stage to high-growth enterprises.
The AC’s flagship offering, The Accelerator Program®, offers a milestone based curriculum and one-on-one mentorship that is proven to help startups grow faster. They also offer funding opportunities through their AC JumpStart program, and have specialized programs for cleantech, hardware, and voice-enabled technologies.
Their clients and alumni represent some of the biggest startup brands in Canada and around the world. Their competitive application and selection process ensures they are able to support the most innovative ideas and to ensure entrepreneurs get the resources and support they need to reach their full potential.
A New Chapter
The AC is starting a new chapter. There are exciting new roads for the organization to head down and they need a leader to take them there.
They have a strong base - with a great team and successful programs - and are primed for innovation and inspiration to continue to build upon it. They’re open to a new future while continuing to support the needs of Entrepreneurs in Waterloo.
The Artemis Canada team is excited to be working with Accelerator Centre Board to recruit and hire an exceptional leader to build and execute the strategy for the future.
