TIMIA Capital is an innovative tech financing company. TIMIA provides venture debt solutions to fast growing software companies ($2-20M ARR) across North America. Its revenue financing option complements both debt and equity financing while allowing entrepreneurs and existing stakeholders to retain ownership and control of their business.

How Will I Make An Impact?

The TIMIA team has exciting and aggressive plans for growth, expanding the product offerings to target marketing interest and opportunities in real estate and impact investments (like ESG, renewable energy). They are looking to bring on their first Sales leader to build the next fund, opening new wealth manager channels and paving the way for significant growth.

How Do I Know If This Is For Me?

You are entrepreneurial, you appreciate the opportunity in alternative assets, have experience in selling alternative assets and appreciate the emerging opportunity in private credit

You know how to both sell through and also how to open new channels, building relationships with wealth managers and family offices.

You enjoy being hands on and taking ownership of the whole sales process (this is a small team, so while you may not have a support team feeding you deals, you will be able to define strategy and act on decisions quickly)

You’re excited about the opportunities in early stage tech, and are eager to have stake in growth stage companies

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

You have experience in a smaller firm, are a self starter and comfortable working in an unstructured environment.

You ideally have experience in the alternative assets space

You’re excited to build and have some experience opening up a new channel, building from the ground up

You ideally have experience building a fund of $50M from the ground up

You’re comfortable working autonomously and figuring things out that haven’t been done before.
